Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. If your country is not offered at checkout, email us and we will let you know whether we can help.

Shipping costs

  • United States: standard shipping is free on every order.
  • Canada and United Kingdom: shipping is calculated at checkout by the carrier (DHL Express Worldwide or FedEx International Connect Plus) based on your address and the size of your order. The exact cost is shown before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

An estimated delivery date for your address and shipping method is shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs checks and carrier delays can add time.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after the first carrier scan.

Fulfilment partners

Some products ship directly from our fulfilment partners' warehouses. If your order contains items from more than one location it may arrive in separate packages, at no extra cost to you.

International duties and taxes

Orders to Canada and the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country. Where the option is offered at checkout (DHL Express), you can prepay duties and taxes so that nothing is due on delivery. Otherwise these charges are collected by the carrier before delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect addresses, lost or damaged parcels

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
